These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Student", "you", or "your") and Roboforge Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Innova8r", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Innova8r platform, including all websites, web applications, mobile applications, software tools, educational content, courses, practical projects, code repositories, assessments, community spaces, mentoring programs, live workshops, hackathons, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, enrolling in a course, submitting code or projects, participating in community discussions, or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all access to and use of our Services.
Innova8r is an educational technology and hardware-software learning platform operated by Roboforge Labs Pvt. Ltd. The platform delivers training, coursework, hands-on kits, and practical resources across robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, embedded systems, internet of things (IoT), firmware development, computer vision, web application development, and related engineering disciplines.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India or your applicable local jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, educational institution, corporate group, or organization, you represent and warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you are under 16 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only access and use paid courses, hands-on hardware labs, or interactive services under the direct supervision and express consent of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school administrator. The parent or legal guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all activities conducted through the minor's account, including purchases, submissions, and hardware operations.
Upon completing enrollment and paying any applicable fees, Innova8r grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access, view, and interact with the designated course materials, video lectures, source code templates, and documentation for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
All fees for courses, subscriptions, live workshops, mentorship tracks, and hardware tools are displayed on the platform prior to checkout.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay, Stripe, or authorized banking channels). By initiating a transaction, you authorize Innova8r and its payment gateway partners to charge your designated payment instrument. Innova8r does not store complete payment card details, CVVs, or bank account credentials on its internal servers.
Innova8r may offer tier-based monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans granting access to curated course libraries, telemetry tools, or premium software modules.
All course sales, subscription payments, event passes, and digital resource purchases are subject to the Innova8r Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Innova8r platform, including but not limited to source code, user interface designs, visual layouts, course lectures, technical graphics, illustrations, proprietary circuit schematics, documentation, logos, domain names (innova8r.com), and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Roboforge Labs Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or by explicit written permission from Innova8r, you shall NOT:
Students retain complete intellectual property ownership over original software code, mechanical designs, telemetry apps, custom circuit board designs, and project work independently created and uploaded to the platform ("Student Submissions").
By submitting assignments, code, or projects to Innova8r (via platform uploads, connected GitHub repositories, or assessment portals), you grant Innova8r a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, run, display, and analyze your submission solely for the operational purposes of evaluating, grading, providing technical feedback, and delivering the educational service.
Innova8r will not publicly publish, commercialize, or use your project work or personal details for public marketing campaigns without obtaining your express written or opt-in consent.
Innova8r maintains a strict academic standard. Users must complete all technical assessments, coding tasks, project builds, and exams honestly and independently.
You must NOT:
Innova8r reserves the right to evaluate suspected integrity violations using automated plagiarism tools and code analysis algorithms. Confirmed violations may lead to immediate invalidation of assessment results, forfeiture of course certificates, suspension of account privileges, or permanent account termination without refund.
Innova8r may provide access to interactive AI tutors, code helper models, automated debugging assistants, and telemetry simulator tools. AI tools generate content algorithmically.
AI assistance must be used as a learning supplement and not as a tool to bypass actual code writing during graded assessments, unless explicitly allowed by the course guidelines.
Certain Innova8r programs involve practical hardware, custom printed circuit boards (PCBs), microcontrollers, microprocessors, high-discharge Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) batteries, high-torque motors, dangerous soldering irons, mechanical components, dynamic actuators, and robotics equipment.
You explicitly acknowledge that operating hardware equipment carries inherent risks of electrical shock, thermal burns, component explosion, chemical leakages, fire, mechanical pinch injuries, and property damage. You agree to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innova8r, its instructors, and technical support teams accept NO LIABILITY for physical injuries, biological harm, equipment destruction, short-circuits, fire accidents, computer port failure, or financial losses resulting from unsafe hardware usage, improper wiring, incorrect code uploaded to microcontrollers, or failure to exercise reasonable safety precautions.
You agree that you will NOT use the Innova8r platform to:
Certain sessions, workshops, and code reviews may be conducted by third-party guest instructors, industry experts, or external mentors. Opinions, advice, or code solutions provided by independent mentors represent their individual views and do not necessarily reflect the official positions of Innova8r.
Innova8r may recommend or integrate with third-party development tools, open-source repositories, cloud IDEs, circuit simulators, or external websites (e.g., GitHub, VS Code extensions, Tinkercad). Your use of third-party software is governed by the respective vendor's terms and privacy policies. Innova8r is not responsible for third-party software downtime, licensing changes, or security breaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Innova8r, its directors, officers, employees, agents, instructors, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business goodwill, computer/device failure, system downtime, or cost of substitute services—arising out of or connected with the use of, or inability to use, the platform, hardware tutorials, or services.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the aggregate total financial liability of Innova8r to you for any and all claims arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall at all times be limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you to Innova8r for the specific course, service, or product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (3) months preceding the event.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innova8r, its parent entity, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:
Innova8r continuously evolves its platform features and curriculum. We reserve the right to add, modify, update, reorganize, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any portion, course, feature, or tool on the platform at our sole discretion. In the event of a permanent platform-wide shutdown that impacts active paid services, Innova8r will provide reasonable advance notice and arrange appropriate prorated solutions or content exports where legally mandated.
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Consumer Protection Rules, users can address grievances, content issues, or transaction concerns to our designated Grievance Officer:
These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Innova8r platform shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, you agree that any legal suit, action, or judicial proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
